Howard Wolofsky is the principal of HSW Corp. Now with S.A.G.E Property Development LLC, the firm specializes in residential development, general contracting, property management and consulting. Through its affiliated companies, he enjoys a successful track record of completed residential projects throughout South Florida, the list includes L’Ambiance Beach, a 125 unit condominium developed and built during the period from 2001 through 2004.  L’Ambiance had over 300,000 salable square feet and a sell-out of $100 million.  Combined, under his leadership, his companies are responsible for approximately $500 million in completed luxury communities throughout the state.

Prior to L’Ambiance Beach, during the period from 1996 through 2000 he was responsible for the development, sales and construction of L’Hermitage (450 oceanfront condominiums - $215 million sell-out). At the time, L’Hermitage was the fastest selling luxury community in South Florida. It was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.

Wolofsky also headed Reflections Development Communities, this South Florida residential Development Company received more than 25 design and quality awards and boasts a diverse collection of single-family and multi-family residential communities. 

Commercial building management, acquisition and disposition have also been handled by Wolofsky for his family partnerships. Included in the portfolio were the Sheridan DCOTA Office Building (Dania, Beach FL), Martin Professional Building (Sunrise, FL), CVS (Pembroke Pines FL), and Towers of Oceanview (Hallandale, FL)

Wolofsky took a break from development activities instead he focused on serving his community by co-chairing the Temple Beth Am redevelopment program. This $25,000,000 project included the newly completed sanctuary and social hall named The Lewis Religious Life Complex as well as the renovation of several classroom buildings. Upon completion of this project he became the President of this 1250 family congregation. Presently he continues to serve in a leadership capacity in the ongoing 50 million dollar campus redevelopment project.

More recently he has been appointed by the courts to act as a Neutral Umpire in the resolution of contested insurance claims.

Howard also Co-Chaired the University of Miami Hillel construction of its brand new state of the art facility.

This talented Developer stands ready to handle any large scale development from preliminary analysis through build-out and delivery. He is a partner in BURO Miami a leader in Co-working spaces throughout South Florida and has been the acting Head of Development for the firm.

He is a local realtor who enjoys President Circle status with Brown Harris Stevens Realty and is also an experienced State licensed general contractor.  Recently with Buro and previously with L’Hermitage, L’Ambiance and Reflections, he was personally involved in design, development, marketing, sales and construction.  He takes a hands-on approach to the development, sales and property management endeavors and would appreciate being considered for your next opportunity.
